Social Anxiety is known as Social Phobia and SAD have an effect on peoples socials lives. For examples, being the center of attention, interactions with strangers, being teased/criticized, being watched while working on something, and being introduced to people makes them uncomfortable. Social Anxiety has more than 200,000 cases in the US per year, however, although it can be treated by a medical professional, and it can last for years or be lifelong.
